How Do You Find Vendors?
Every ot new trend eventually reaches saturation, and then too much for. At a certain point it just, it just goes too far. How do you guys consistently find such interesting vendors to sell such unique food? We have our own farm league set up. And we're looking for people that are not just don't just have a great following, they're also good operators. You can also be a great chef, bnot how to know how to cook in volume. There's a big leap it takes to go from having a tasty item to serve a thousand of those items pretty quckly.
