Creating a Habit Is a Design Process
The location of the anchor and the new habit, that matters a lot. There's no magical way to create habits in people who don't want them. You can get your son really excited if it's a habit - my friend is someone i know. Soo yes, let's say it's eating a chocolate stack. Let's say it would be flying a drume or going for a walk.
