In tiny habits, you don't leave that to chance. You hack your emotions. You deliberately feel a positive emotion so the habit will wire in quickly. And then the third hack is how you wire it in to make it become automatic. And that's by causing yourself to feel apositive emotion. So i started teaching it in two thousand 11 bcause i thought, maybe you're just such a weird ovige that this works for you, but maybe it won't work for anybody else.
