I'm on the Couch Tonight and I've Been a Bit Smashed.
I was averaging like 344 so that's like 115 114 pace at and then 340 at the end. Vettela and Sebastian Ola some of these guys they were going 328s and 332s yeah. I would say my swim was quite average and that's fine because I'm not really focused on progressing this swimming right now at this point.
