The second piece is I listen to what they tell me and I filter it through my business and my offer. Is this an ideal client of mine? Are we aligned in the sense that I actually have something that can solve their problem? Do I want to work with this person? Then once I've decided, let's just pretend in that moment, I've decided that yes, I can help them. Then I talk about how my offer, what it is that I do in my business can actually solve their problem. In other words, I position my offer as a solution to the problem that they told me about.
