How to Train for Strength
I think in hindsight I probably would have rather trained jujitsu than do deadlifts yesterday yeah. In a rehab setting that's obviously a completely different thing where you know like that's kind of almost essential to strength to strength training but it can be a good thing as well for jujitsu depending on what you're working. You want to at least be strong enough that you can pull you can move yourself against a static opponent with an arm drag or something like that. A technical advantage will show up more in um in the gear just because of more from knowledge I think, but if I was a black belt and fighting no-geek then I'd write much better fights
