How to Talk to Yourself Silently in Your Head

We say things to ourselves at our lowest moments that we would never dream of saying to our best friends, or even our worst enemies. One of the tools that we find is really useful for helping people break out of an inner critic chatter funk is actually trying to talk to yourself. When you use your name to think about yourself, silently, not out loud, that shifts your perspective. It makes it much easier for us to coach ourselves through a problem and not give ourselves self-brading advice.
