How to Stay Aging Extraordinary
The physical aspect is see a doctor stay active, make healthy food choices, get enough sleep and don't ignore chronic pain. Take advantage of preventative health measures, such as a yearly checkup, flu shot, and age appropriate exams. And that again, I think is a minimum but you know when you're feeling ill, and then you go to the doctor you haven't done more than the minimum in terms of aging well.
