My dream starting team would be a leader at least three reps and a rev ops person, if whether internal FT or using a service like to send. Scott needs the ability to be able to report. He shouldn't have to build these things in sales force or help spot. This is waste time. And again, you need that function fairly quickly whether it precedes the reps or is in tandem with the reps.
