Fasting is like exercise. It's a stress that if it is applied in the right amounts is a U-stress. Most of the physiological benefits of fasting, we can reap most of those within the first 14 to 16 hours of fasting anyways. I really do think this is a sustainable 90 year plan. But it's an initial 15 day commitment works as a wonderful metabolic reboot just a way to sort of crank the metabolism, restore energy and increase productivity.
