What's the Best Place to Get a Seller Note?
Sellers are not banks, right? They shouldn't be funding your entire exitt the biggest cellar note of ever seen in transactions that i've done, and i've done a lot, it was 50 %. I think the place where buyers can get the most a seller note is on the inventory. If you're buying a business for a million dollars, and there's a 200 thousand dollars of inventory, offer a seller note on the inventory at the very least.
