When we get anxious, it is our brains weary of trying to protect us. So if you're doing things that make you feel po your brain will start to feel more positive. You can either drink water or you chew gum,. because then there's hyper selivation in your brains, like, oh, oh, my mouth isn't dry. There isn't actually, ani doyou know itapparently, it does work. Your brain is really trying to protect you, but it doesn't have to.
