The Importance of Repetition
I had that moment on Monday night after our first day one of the coaches week and we've got like two or three members that are chronic over extenders in the barbell squad. We spent most of the day talking about how Repetition with the sandbags for how it is will naturally put people in a better position and not hurt their back. I just made you move in the correct movement pattern. So none of this is mine I just follow evolution. That's all issues. They are certain movement patterns. You have to follow if you follow them correctly It doesn't hurt because it's not supposed to hurt in the first place. But then this entire business is based on we fuck up
