Small group p2 sessions take so much of the stress out of the session having zonal prescription it really really works well and it must be queen nice as well just having the time. Stuart says he gets a lot more done in a small group session with clients than i ever do in a one-to-one but that comes from having everything structured on the board. The gym is looking at getting some extra pods to get up to six people working through their workouts.
