How to Use Cluster Sets to Improve Your Strength Training

Cluster sets are all real good and for that generally we were trying to get people again. We wanted to be on the slightly higher end of the rep so we wanted 12 reps but obviously 12 reps on a barbell squat is pretty tough going for most people. So with a close to set what we did was we split it in half so they get six reps that have 20 seconds then they do a second set of six Generally you'll find that the first six feel amazing and the second six not quite so much, says coach.
