Is There a Real Equivalent Between Meat and Fake Food?
nicola d: I always feel kind of m troubled whenever i see more and more talk about things like fake meat. And it's a lot of the reason i'm such a big defender of beef is because it's really nutrient rich food, and provides so many valuable nutrients to humans. So i get troubled by the idea that you can replace meat with fake food. But i am excited to see this kind of emerging body of science showing that this is food that is unique and really valuable to human health. It's not the cow, it's the how.
