"The beauty of it is it's just not complicated at all i'll find it programming really easy to do um these days but we pretty much do like a four-week block for most programs occasionally if it's a density block we probably do three weeks occasionally. Four-week can sometimes density work and get a little bit tough for a lot of people by week four so when you see density mate just tell us briefly what that means to you," he says. "Crassfit is probably a pretty good example metabolic tape yeah the kind of stuff that people want to do in the summer physiologically they're very similar workouts but they'll feel different."
