What's the Difference Between Stock and Money?
The first public trade company, naso, i'm notis up there with the will and the incident. The big break through of the dutch east india company was that it was easier to trade. People would actually go. There was a bridge where the ship captains would walk across when they came back from their sea voyages. So then amsterdam built a dedicated stock market to get the traders off the bridge so people could use the bridge. That was the first stock market.
