Paleo is a leaner source of protein, right? So it's going to be your chickens, your fish. You take in more greens and you're still cutting back on the carbohydrates. I'm pretty sure the cavemen were not sitting at a desk all day long for their job. They weren't cultivating food so they didn't have access to tremendous abundances of food like we have now.
