Do You Have a D-Dimer?

The patient's CBC was normal, her chest sex array was completely clear. She had no plural effusions, no curly B lines, no revascularization, nothing. The things which are coming up now is interstitial lung disease that is mild enough that I'm not seeing it on a chest sex array, but that I would see on a CT or pulmonary embolism.
