Malcolm Gladwell brought up another issue that I thought was perfectly reasonable and made sense to me as a guy who had a late birthday for sports. He talked about the birth date issue. And what people found was that if you analyze those who are actually succeeding and reaching the very highest levels, they are much more likely to be born in later years.
