How to Deal With Chatter

What chatter does is it takes your ability to experience stress and then it stretches it out over time. That's how you get stress predicting things like cardiovascular disease, problems of information or other bogeyman diseases that aren't fun to talk about. I think we can get much, much better at not experiencing chatter, but I've been studying this stuff formally for 20 years and I still experience chatter at times. It's just part of the human condition.
