How to Intercept Your Thoughts

You can sort of intercept that because your thought is, Oh my God, everybody's going to think I'm lazy. So in that moment, I'm going to think this instead and you come up with a replacement thought. It just takes time and practice and it is clunky at first, but luckily our we have these really powerful brains that want to be efficient.
