How Am I Feeling?

When my kids were younger, their teachers used to have a chart to help them tune into how they were feeling. By practising in this way, you're turning reflection on how you feel into something that you do routinely. Journalling can help here. Or get yourself one of those emogi posters that primary school kids use. Get used to the idea that resting and taking it easy are not somehow illicit or shameful. I talked about this way back in episode numbe two, but i haven't earned a rest.
