How to Break the Year Down Into Quarters
One big myth I see especially in New Year's journals and planners is like set one goal for each area of your life. Your life doesn't have areas. Even like business versus personal. If you're training for an ultra marathon and trying to hit an enormous income goal in your business, those are both depleting the same resources which are your energy, your time and your self-regulation. So it makes more sense to periodize that on quarters or months or weeks.
