I knew fundamentally growing up that not everybody was going to like me. But at the same time, I have to speak my truth and be who I am because I'd rather get a solid group of people than try to convert them. So many people waste so much time trying to convince someone of something. Instead of going with the people that already are, you'll never convert them.
