Are You Focusing on Impressions or Leads?
In general, marketing is focused on specific metrics like impressions or leads. But i'm focused more on the impact of what someone watched a five minute video and how it changed their perception. And companies are stuck in this transactional game that is company centric, not byer centric. That puts them in positions where they have to do things that are in their best interest, not the best interest of their customer. So if you're providing information that helps people, that drives your company's narrative into the market in a way that people want, then you can go in and look at who's responding to it.
