Pregnancy is the catapult sometimes to like get us into the next stage of being healthy ourselves postpartum and for our children. There's a question, when should I start labor specific moves? This time I really focused on doing more like stretching of my pelvic floor and my hips and things like that to prepare for labor. So yeah, I would say diet for sure.
