Movement is one of the most underrated aspects of your mental health. I truly believe there's a spiritual re to all of us, and that's basically what our life's purpose is. So i definitely recommend some sort of movement during the day. For others, people find meaning ind work rit so you and i might be so passionate about our work that that is our life's Purpose.
