i'm grateful that we're in shade. Grateful that audre and i both gave each other the look to push the e nd p from the matrix. The more you deliberately see the world in a positive the world becomes a more positive place. It takes work, all that re framing, but with practice, i have found that it can cut off the cynical spiraling negative thoughts. This stuff works. And, and i promise you, this works. I'm not talking out of my hoop. There was a study which stated that gratitude actually changes the neural structures of the brain,. Which leads us to feeling more happier and more content.
