The Natural Progression of Alcohol and Depression
I was a heavy drinker about a year after I stopped drinking and did what's called a cortisol spit test so I spit in vials. By the afternoons my adrenaline was far lower than it should have been because of too much alcohol. It was a precursor to thyroid issues and all sorts of things for me. The more you mess with your finely balanced human brain the more problems you call yourself, that's how it works naturally. We can't stop when we start or in fact if you do manage to stop you're actually worse off mentally than if you hadn't had one. You'd need to make sure you're going to have quite a few if you were going to start
