The average tenure for a head of sales is 16 months. A lot of that, as i mentioned, is because people became v ps of s who never should have been,. It was the wrong opportunity for them. And e, after four, five, ten v ps of sale stints over, you know, 12 to 16 months each, they stop and become consultants. They're taking the play books that never worked and bringing those play books to companies that are going to ruin.
