The most important thing is understanding your customer finding out what they want and getting the message to them in the least expensive way you can where it'll be delivered. Most of the time when small businesses are writing their stuff they're really not writing 12, 24 page sales letters and full page ads and so forth. But anybody can learn this if they start with an empathetic approach put themselves in the mind of the prospect and just ask really good questions of of their best clients right.
