i started across fit when i was 20, 23, i think. I had already done a ten year weight lifting career. When i came the sport, and like, i trained like everyone else showed me they trained for years. And so how can i get to the same end goal without with doing as little as possible and haven the toll on my body? So very simple stuff of just refining in my rowing technique so that my elbows don't hurt after doing 25 thousand meters every week. Or refining in my barbell cycling so that it's not crashing on me every rap in at its highest point and riding it down. Oh, interestas only the part that i want to work on
