Sit down and categorize the things that you're doing whether it's departments that you're working with or parts of your game elements of your engine whatever break things out and then visualizing what it is at the end. The more stuff you can do like that some of it will be obvious but there are oftentimes be things that you like you realize way sooner that you have a choice.
