How to Approach Different Touchpoints From a Website Perspective
I think that in service design, often in website design, sometimes in product design, we run into the problem where we have a mandate that's viewed kind of narrowly. We're being asked to fix a product or a website when really the problem is so much bigger. Having users deliver the bad news is always much easier than you trying to delivering the bad news as as their proxy because people do shoot the messenger.
