Are You a Beginner Runner?
I was just wondering if you could, for beginner runners, talk a little bit about the posture of running and walking. For me, one of my issues is, as i've had some muscle and balances om due to my injury. One thing i'll sometimes do, especially when i'm first getting started with a new training programme, or from doing some more workouts is work on getting in that forward lean position. And then once you're kind of in that kind of good posture, i like you just kind of rock back and forth. Not so much that i feel like i'm going to tip over, but just get kind of comfortable rocking back and forth.
