How to Eat Healthy Snacks

If you're looking at a label on the back, number one, put the package down because there's no label, for instance, on the head of lettuce. Do not look where it says sugar. That's a lie. And then divide that number by four. There are four grams of sugar per teaspoon. So you will see how many teaspoons of sugar there is in that product. I do this, I have bunches of healthy snacks in my office to show patients. They come in and their blood work is kind of funky and they're not losing weight.
