Do a couple of sets of many raps, between ten to 20 raps. Make sure that you understand good back allignment. Do do ten slow controled breadths each side. I also like lying a active, straight leg race. Pull one leg up as high as you can, with your legs straight and your toes pointed straight back. Don't let your toes turn out. You want to keep your toes points straight back. Bring your legs up as highas you can, slow and controlled, and then back down. That is another really great ham string warm up.
