Breath Work Isn't a Nast to Lungs Experience

Breathing is a body wide experience, and it can be accessed through body wide breath work. The exercises are anywhere from two minutes to five minutes. There's one 20 minute exercise, but all the rest of them are in a really approachable time frame. So yes, there's different entry points that I'm anticipating people will come to the work.
