Our macronutrients are our fat carbohydrate and protein. They're the things that we to give us energy. Our micronutrients, our vitamins and minerals mostly are needed in very small micro quantities and they don't provide calories for us. So when I eat a diet that looks like that food pyramid, I don't feel well. And that's that's me and maybe some people do, but I don't feeling as well as when I increase things like proteins and good animal fats or things like that.
