The Limitations of Eye Tracking in iOS Apps

An app will know if you look at a UI element and if you click on it, right? It's not the app will not know where in the room you're looking for privacy reasons. But I'm curious. Is there a workaround for that case where it does kind of make sense to be able to share that eye tracking data? So that you absolutely won't share general eye tracking data.
