Solving a Penar Problem

A great example of this, or good way to see what i'm talking about, is to look at any kind of medicine. People are trying to find a solution that they can use to make their life easier. This is not extreme need or pain, but is a very strong want and the software solving a problem. Now that you understand the pain very well, you could it better than anybody else right? You're helping solve the problem.
