I think there is a misconception that with semi-private training you can get away with having a lower standard of programming because you've got more people it's a group session people expect less. But we found that actually flowing one block into the next block and having themes and stuff was just an absolute game changer when it came to improving our clients' consistency over the long run. I love giving this to personal trainers as well he says that the greatest program you can do is three times 50 and he says get your clients training three times a week 50 weeks of the year and that's what's going to be their deciding factor over everything else.
