How Do I Study Making Ramen?
In 2010, when I came back to the U.S., there was not very much about making ramen in English. So because of a lack of resources, I kind of was just trying to find bits and pieces about it. There are five components of ramen that you have to know them in order to make ramen. And so learning those components became part of the process. First by just messing it up over and over and over again. It took like six plus years before I got anywhere realistic.
