How to Get the Most Out of 300 Swings
The ketibal swing is an explosive, ballistic movement that is really powered by the hips. The back needs to be flat and the hips need to be back but they need to be below the shoulders and above the knees. You need to be in a good athletic stance. Your feet need to be planted toes turned slightly out. Nice straight line from the back of your head down through your tail bone. And it's really important that you follow the programming, that you not only do the workouts as they're written, but you do them in the order that they are prescribed. If you start mixing stuff around, if you start inventing h stuff, then that's on you, budy.
