The main thing for me is trying to build that build that skill more than anything like in terms of my results um I've been able to see a consistent increase in strength over time. So really for me it's more about trying to understand and build that skill and then also try to try to sort of factor it in into the rest of my training because I've started to pick up on deadlift snare where I'll push too hard early and then I'm just exhausted for the rest.
