Is There Such a Thing as Toxic Positivity?
Toxic positivity is when we're by passing or just ignoring the emotions that come up. Ultimately, our bodies do need to thunderstorm. They just need to release raght. Our being doesn't need to emote. So be an allowance of your body emoting. And then what else can you tell yourself? Is it in question? Is it an affirmation that's believable? Right? You want to reach for a better feeling, better feeling. It really just depends on the person how long they spend in that state. If we're manifesting constantly, then where our attention is is quite powerful.
