The Importance of Balance in Crossfit
There's been talking heads at the beginning of crossfit saying this is how we do things And then nobody has set up like basically, you know, like just paramellas. We need to have a conversation put everything and then move within the balance way. It'd be more efficient not to squeeze as much muscle to like rest on your joints exactly. I use less muscle so I get less tired Yeah, at the expense of your joint So but so again like we go back to that is looking at CrossFit as the sport But that's not what it was created as an training system or or we accept that it's just a sport. Then we can't use it to train people
