The final week before you go do a race I'd actually probably pull out either all of your legs or reduce it to like just mobility types yeah up your legs okay and then that. Watch with how you feel from that race like two weeksOkay that's perfect thank you you got it um and then the desert 100 which takes about five and a half hours on my bike as well but it's pretty much the same thing correct.
